Low-Carb Options

Whenever my husband and I fall off our healthy-eaten diet, we found that lowering our carb intake is a great way to kick-start our metabolism into shedding the pounds.

We successfully followed a low-carb/keto diet for a year and saw great results. I had more energy, focused better, and best of all, my husband and I lost a combined 70 lbs. We didn’t treat the low-carb/keto diet as a diet. For you to see lasting results, it really is a lifestyle change.

Bottom line is that I feel the best when I eat low-carb. If I do have some bread, it has to be long-fermented sourdough which is better for the gut over regular white bread.
